Our model is a comprehensive framework for transforming existing workgroups into Powerful Teams. The model consists of five categories: Change, Conduct, Communication, Championing and Trust which create a pyramid that teams climb to achieve reach full Power.

If executed correctly, teaming can foster a cooperative work environment where people enjoy themselves and are motivated to do better.
